Introductory description
The aim of this module is to provide participants with the opportunity and resources to determine their own learning needs to enable them to develop as an authentic leader.
Participants should be able to develop skills in learning to learn and promoting self-responsibility and to specifically address behavioural issues that limit individual achievement and develop solutions that allow participants to achieve higher performance in the workplace.

Other activity description
The module requires students to maintain an ongoing reflective journal, enabling continuous critical engagement with their learning experiences. This structured reflective practice is integral to the development of self-awareness and professional competence.
It is expected that students will engage in experiential activities within professional contexts and subsequently undertake critical reflection on their behaviours, decisions, and actions. This process facilitates the integration of theory and practice, promoting deeper learning and the development of reflective practitioners.
