Introductory description

This module discusses the basics of IS consulting, such as what consulting is and how it works, how to approach and solve business problems, and important IS consulting agendas.

Module aims

Help students to develop a strong understanding of the consulting industry, the consulting process, problem-solving approaches, and key IS consulting agendas such as AI, digital transformation, change management, and sustainability transformation.

Help students to develop skills for addressing business problems, including identifying goals, proposing solutions, and effectively communicating the outcomes
