Introductory description
This module discusses the basics of IS consulting, such as what consulting is and how it works, how to approach and solve business problems, and important IS consulting agendas.
Module aims
This module will help achieve the following primary learning outcomes:
Demonstrate a good understanding of the context and history of consulting, consulting work and processes, problem-solving approaches, and important IS consulting agendas such as enterprise information systems, AI, digital platforms, and IS governance.
Able to analyze business cases, identify goals or issues, propose plans and implement them to meet the goals or address the issues, and communicate the outcomes effectively.

Learning outcomes
By the end of the module, students should be able to:

- Critically analyze business cases, identify issues, and propose plans to address the issues
