Module aims
- To introduce students to the fundamental aspects of organisational behaviour.
- To understand the internal and external influences on businesses and how they impact on organisational behaviour.
- To be able to analyse and evaluate how individuals work in teams including motivation theories
- To understand management and leadership, including different leadership theories.
