This is an indicative module outline only to give an indication of the sort of topics that may be covered. Actual sessions held may differ.
The syllabus will be arranged on an individual basis in consultation with the department and the host institution. It will normally comprise a combination of taught courses and any language training required. It is subject to the approval of the SLS International Exchange Coordinator. Modules selected must not duplicate those taken by students when they are at Warwick but must be chosen to provide adequate preparation for modules students will take when they return to Warwick. Students are expected to take the same total workload as that of a typical full time student at the host institution. Overall, during the year at both Warwick and the host institution abroad, the student's study load must be equivalent to 120 credits at Warwick.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the module, students should be able to:
- Demonstrate skills that are highly sought after in the professional environment, such as independence, initiative and adaptability.
