Module aims

To provide students with an introduction to the theoretical foundations of corporate finance
To provide a theoretical treatment of the seminal papers and models in corporate finance
To survey and analyze additional topics in corporate finance
To understand empirical implications and formulate empirical predictions of corporate finance models
To study models and papers in dynamic corporate finance, dynamic contracting, and dynamic quantitative models
